Command line (vnx)

vnx makes one SDK call per command and prints a vnx.result/1 JSON envelope; errors go to stderr as vnx.error/1.

Exit codes: 0 success, 1 verification failed, 3 invalid input, 4 key/authentication, 5 insufficient redundancy, 6 unsupported format, 7 configuration, 8 output, 9 PARTIAL, 10 provider error, 70 internal. Reference: docs/CLI.md.
