What we collect. If you use the contact form: your name, email address, optional organisation, the subject and message, the category you chose, and a one-way hash of your IP address used only for rate limiting. Nothing else.

Why. To answer your message and to protect the form from abuse.

Cookies and analytics. The public website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or third-party trackers. The administration service uses a strictly necessary session cookie for signed-in staff only.

Where and how long. Submissions are stored in our database on our own server and kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry; you can ask us to delete them.

Your rights. You can ask what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, through the contact form.
