Research concept for a molecular-memory subsystem. No hardware exists; only a software security contract and its in-process reference implementation.
What exists today
One thing: a software contract. vnxdna.secure.vnxram defines the interface a future memory subsystem would have to meet (secure a region, authorise access, verify, revoke, quarantine) and ships an in-process reference implementation over byte buffers, used only to test that contract. It protects nothing outside the Python process that runs it.
Any further work on VNX-RAM would start with literature review and feasibility analysis. There is no roadmap date.
