VNX-DNA benchmarks
Every result on this page is classified. Verified results are software behaviour checked by committed tests or measured on our development host. Simulated results come from software-generated DNA passed through a software channel. Public data results use another group's published sequencing reads. There are no physical validation results: VNX-DNA has not been tested on synthesised or sequenced DNA.
Open any benchmark for its methodology, environment, configuration, limitations and the command that reproduces it.
