VNX-DNA is a Python 3.12 package (vnx-dna) with optional C11 kernels. It installs three commands: vnx (current), and vnx-dna / vnxdna (the V1-V3 tool, unchanged).

Install

python3 -m venv .venv && . .venv/bin/activate
pip install "git+https://github.com/vishnuselvam101-hash/VSnexustechnologies-.git@v9.0.0"
vnx version
python -m vnxdna.native # which kernels are native (JSON)

Quick start (CLI)

vnx archive ./dataset archive.vnx
vnx verify archive.vnx
vnx encode archive.vnx strands.fasta
vnx validate strands.fasta
vnx channel simulate strands.fasta reads.fastq --model illumina-like --coverage 10 --seed 7   # SIMULATED reads
vnx decode reads.fastq -o recovered.vnx --extract ./restored --report decode.json

Every command prints a JSON envelope (vnx.result/1); errors are vnx.error/1 on stderr with stable exit codes (0 success, 1 verification failed, 3 invalid input, 4 key, 5 insufficient redundancy, 6 unsupported format, 7 configuration, 8 output, 9 PARTIAL, 10 provider, 70 internal).

Python SDK

from vnxdna import sdk

enc = sdk.encode("archive.vnx", "strands.fasta", dna=sdk.DNAOptions(profile="v4-balanced"))
sdk.simulate("strands.fasta", "reads.fastq", model="illumina-like", seed=7, coverage=10)   # SIMULATED
res = sdk.decode("reads.fastq", "recovered.vnx")   # SUCCESS, PARTIAL or FAILURE

There is no hosted network API. The SDK and CLI run locally.

Tests and benchmarks

pip install '.[dev]'
pytest -q -n 6
experiments/v9/reproduce.sh spot
