VSNexus Technologies builds the computational layer that DNA data storage will need: encoding, recovery, integrity and security that can be tested, reproduced and trusted.
Mission
To make molecular data storage dependable by engineering the software that writes, reads and verifies it, and to do so openly enough that others can check the work.
Principles
- Engineering
CPU-only, reproducible builds; native code only where it is byte-identical to a reference; refuse to report success that has not been verified.
- Scientific integrity
Every result carries its evidence class. Hypotheses are pre-registered. Negative results are published.
- Responsible research
Security work is defensive only. Public datasets are used under their licences, and claims about biology wait for biological evidence.
- Openness
VNX-DNA is released under the MIT licence so that results can be inspected and reproduced.
Collaboration
We are interested in synthesis and sequencing partners for a first physical round trip, researchers working on channel models and codes, and archival institutions with long-term storage questions.
